1 General Provisions and Definitions

999fk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions govern all aspects of using the platform.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "User" or "Member": Any person who has created an account on 999fk or is using the platform.
• "Account": The user's personal registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Balance": The amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held in a user's account.
• "Bonus": Various incentive funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Turnover" or "Wagering": The total amount of bets required to make a bonus withdrawable.

1.2 Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all activities including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, playing games, or using any service. 2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on 999fk, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. We may request submission of a National ID card or other documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Rules

• Each individual may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or shared with anyone else.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

999fk may request identity verification before processing financial transactions. This verification is completed through a National ID card (NID), birth registration certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted if the KYC process is not completed.

3 Deposit Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be processed and will be automatically returned.

3.3 Deposit Restrictions

4 Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount for any payment method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Additional time may be required during the verification process.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the user's own name and used at the time of deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious or unusual activity.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, it must be activated at the time of account registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus balance becomes withdrawable only after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳10,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Misuse of bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account cancellation.

5.4 VIP Program

999fk operates a three-tier VIP program. Tiers are advanced through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit and special privileges.

VIP tier changes are at the platform's discretion. Detailed terms for VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, 999fk will refund the bet amount or take an appropriate decision.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a minimum and maximum betting limit which is clearly displayed in the game interface. Users must place bets within these limits.

6.3 Technical Issues

999fk will not bear responsibility if a game result is affected by an internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device. However, if a result is affected by an issue on our servers, appropriate compensation will be provided.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Coordinating with other users to cause harm to the platform.

7 Cricket and Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Event Cancellation

If a cricket or sports event is completely cancelled, the full amount of all bets placed on that match will be refunded. For partially completed matches, applicable rules will be followed.

7.2 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, any change in odds will not affect the bettor. Results will be settled at the odds at which the bet was placed.

7.3 Live Betting

During live betting on a match, odds may change due to technical delays. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.

8 Account Closure and Cancellation

8.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time via live chat. It is advised to withdraw your balance before closing your account.

8.2 Cancellation by Platform

999fk may cancel or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Providing false information at the time of registration.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or gaining benefits through dishonest means.
